I just bought this after hearing "Get Stoned" over and over on my local Rock station. I don't usually take to hard rock, but these guys definitely have a hook in their songs, and it's the harmony. Almost every song has really tight 2 or 3-part harmonies throughout the song, not just on the chorus. I grew up with "Boston", so maybe now you know where I'm coming from. And these guys don't sound like "Nickelback" at all. This has become my favorite CD...I love to have it cranking in the car! Get it, you won't be disappointed.

I think they have their own sound by combining different things done in the past, which is what good music is all about... and I love the singer's voice!

I loved Hinder from the begining but when I saw them live thats all she wrote. They're music is incredable. I really don't see how they are compaired to Nickelback. I love Nickelback too, but I really think Hinder is pretty orignial. I suspect those who compair Hinder to Nickelback are compairing the style of music and aren't really listening to the lyrics. All in all Hinder's CD Extreme Behavior is a good buy and should be listened to.

Ich wurde auf Hinder auch durch den Song "Lips of an angel" aufmerksam und dachte mir sofort "Wow, die Stimme rockt! Die kommt schon bei einer Ballade so unglaublich gut rüber, wie wird das erst, wenn ein Song so richtig abgeht?"

Und darauf gibt es nur eine Antwort: genial. Austin Winklers Stimme ist wie geschaffen für Rock, rau, druckvoll, hart und gleichzeitig - wie bei "Lips of an angel" oder "Better than me" voller Gefühl, so dass ich immer wieder Gänsehaut bekomme.

Die Songs gehen ins Ohr, ohne eintönig oder gleichförmig zu sein. Sie rocken, reißen mit, sind hart und gleichzeitig melodiös.

Hinder machen Mainstream im besten Sinne. Warum auch den Rock ständig neu erfinden, wenn er so gut klingen kann wie auf diesem Album?

Der einzige Kritikpunkt meinerseits ist, dass das Album mit knapp 40 Minuten eindeutig zu kurz ist. Ich will mehr!!!!
