- Use statistical techniques to model complex relationships between multiple sets of variables to develop new abuse detections signals, measure team impact, and prioritize abuse fighting methods
- Create quantitative models including forecast, operational, and financial models of business dynamics; deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders; and understand Google’s product policy enforcement and risk strategy in order to effectively tailor data analysis and recommendations
- Manage projects with multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization, and identify and recommend opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, and impact to PQO leadership

process improvement, attention to detail, and prioritization.
- Experience working globally and cross-functionally, ability to
influence while demonstrating maturity and objectiveness; excellent
presentation development with strong written and verbal communication
skills.
